It has been and continues to be an amazing experience in my Aromatherapy and Yoga Journey’s. I have for a long time benefited from the healing property of essential oil therapy for therapeutic and emotional wellness. When studying each essential oil I was taught the relationship of the oil with its therapeutic and emotional uses. I learned the Ayurveda medicine relationship to balance the Doshas and I practiced the use of each oil with my deep practice of Yoga and Meditation.

Kim is a graduate of Aromatherapy 101 from the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy and is also a member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapy.
Kim Price Wellness offers private in person or zoom, curated sessions to develop aromatherapy products to help with your holistic health and wellness regimen. These products will address both your therapeutic and emotional needs.
An initial session, with Kim, will include getting to know your needs and preferences of essential oils, carrier oils and any concerns you may have. Together with Kim it will be decided what you need from a wide array of products and essential oils and carrier oils. The initial consultation includes integrating the products developed together, depending on the blends and products selected. An outline of recommendations and follow up discussion are included in the initial consultation fee.
It is important in this initial assessment that a medical intake form be completed as some essential oils should not be used in some situations; while others may help in other circumstances. Please note that I do not make medical diagnosis or claim to cure any disease. These products are designed to assist in your wellness both therapeutically and emotionally.
Kim is a Canadian Alliance Registered and certified Yoga Teacher CYA-RYT 250. Kim is a graduate of Radiance Yoga and Lifestyle School, and decided to take her teacher training at the young age of 56. Kim has practiced yoga for many years and wanted to immerse herself further in the history and practice of the yoga lifestyle. She was inspired by her first experience with meditation and pranayama where she was taught meditation for childbirth. It was truly a life changing experience!
Kim is certified for All Inclusive Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. Kim’s teaching methods always include grounding, centering, breath work and mindfulness. She teaches gentle Hatha Yoga on a mat, chair or a combination of both. She supports any modification or needs that her students require, and encourages them to honour "where they are today".
I do not feel very flexible, is yoga still for me?
Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement for yoga. Yoga is not for the flexible it's for the willing!
