Wellness is more than being free from illness; it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle. There are many contributing factors to wellness, such as regular medical care, diet, and exercise. You can take steps towards a healthy and fulfilling life.
My journey in aromatherapy and yoga has been and continues to be an amazing experience. For a long time, I have benefited from the healing properties of essential oil therapy for therapeutic and emotional wellness. When studying each essential oil, I was taught about the relationships between the oils and their therapeutic and emotional uses. I was educated on Ayurveda medicine relationship to balance the Doshas.
I continue to practice using essential oils in my deep practice of yoga and meditation.
When we feel better, our life becomes more active, grounded, and intune with our life balance.

I am a graduate of an aromatherapy program through the West Coast Institute of Aromatherapy. I am also a member of the Canadian Federation of Aromatherapy.
KimPriceWellness offers private in-person or virtual, curated consultations to develop individualized aromatherapy products to support your holistic health and wellness regimen. These products will address both your therapeutic and emotional needs. An initial consultation will include getting to know your needs and preferences of essential oils, carrier oils, and any concerns you may have. Together, we will identify your needs from a wide array of natural products.
*Please note that the initial consultation includes the completion of a medical intake form, as some essential oils should not be used in some situations. I do not make medical diagnoses or claim to cure any disease/illness. These products are designed to assist in your wellness both therapeutically and emotionally.

I am registered with the Canadian Alliance and and am a certified yoga teacher (CYA-RYT 250). I am a graduate of Radiance Yoga and Lifestyle School, something I decided to pursue at the young age of 56. I have practiced yoga for many years and wanted to immerse myself further in the history and practice of the yoga lifestyle. I was particularly inspired by by first experience with meditation and pranayama, where I was taught meditation for childbirth. It was truly a life changing experience!
I am certified in All Inclusive Yoga, Yin and Restorative Yoga, and Hatha Yoga. My teaching methods always include grounding, centering, breath work, and mindfulness. I teach gentle Hatha yoga on a mat, chair, or a combination of both. I support any modifications or needs that my students require and encourage them to honour where they are today.
I do not feel very flexible, is yoga still for me?
Absolutely! Flexibility is not a requirement. Yoga is not just for the flexible, it's for the willing!
